Carole looks forward to continuing her mediation training and awareness of ADR in her new position as director of the Roster program.

Molly earned a degree in Political Science and a 26% degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland in Baltimore County (UMBC). She also studied accounting at the University College of the University of Maryland and is a certified public accountant in Maryland and the District of Columbia. She earned her degree in Administrative Management from the European Division of the University of Maryland and her master's degree in Administrative Management from Bowie State University, obtaining the G. Wendy has advanced training in mediation and negotiation in the Negotiation Program at Harvard Law School, in conflict counseling, parental plans and complaints against the police, in Community Mediation Maryland, and in basic transformative mediation, taught at the Institute for the Study of Conflict Transformation.

Cindy currently holds the position of regional director of ADR programs in the Maryland District Court's Office of ADR and manages programs in Baltimore, Carroll, Howard, Frederick and Washington counties.
